The "Hie Sapo" is a turban containing a frozen cooling sheet, therefore, it cools down your body without irritation.

    Directions for Use
    • Place the supplied "HIYASYANSE" in the freezer. After it is frozen, simply put it into the turban and wear the turban around the head like wearing a headband. Cool air from the "HIYASYANSE" gives you a comfortable time.
    • The cooling sheet is reusable. However, the water-absorbing capability of the cooling sheet gradually decreases in proportion to the time it has been used. Refer to the supplied instruction manual for instructions on how to correctly use this product.

      1. Cutting the Sheet to the Size You Want.
      2. Immersing the Sheets in Water. (for 5 to 10 minutes)
      3. Freezing the Sheets.
      4. Locate an opening in the turban.
      5. Insert the frozen cooling sheet into the turban through the opening and it is ready to be used.
