The same cooling material is used for both of these products although they bear different product names. The only differences are their sizes and the amount of cooling material.
Q2:

A:
What is the difference between HIYASYANSE and other cooling products?
General cooling products contain liquid gel material confined inside bags and the products are frozen and then used.
These products are disposed of as they contain the gel. However, HIYASYANSE absorbs water using a highly water-absorbent resin and is frozen and then used.
So, it can be said that HIYASYANSE has a moisture-adjusting function.
In addition, the moisture level of HIYASYANSE reduces to 1/6 th due to evaporation after it is used and dried out.
So this product is easily incinerated.
Q3:

A:
Are HIYASIANSE and Hiecon the same as general cooling products from other companies?
HIYASYANSE and Hiecon display high water-retention performance and have a humidity adjustment function.
They are subject to manufacturing method patents.
Please beware of imitations.

We do not recommend such use because these products are related to foods, although they can be used repeatedly.

Q7:

A:
When our customer disposes of used HIYASYANSE or Hiecon, can it be regarded as burnable waste?
It is burnable waste in Japan. However, to reduce incineration fuel costs, it is recommended that the product be disposed of after as much of the moisture in the product has evaporated as possible.
(Most of the moisture will evaporate in about five days.)
